This residence was entirely designed by In The Light, covering both the architectural planning and the interior design. Inside the home, each space is connected through a central atrium nearly seven meters high, inspired by the concept of an inner terrace. This creates a layout that maintains privacy while still allowing the presence of each area to be subtly felt.

Although the building extends from north to south, the light that pours in through the skylight above the atrium brightens even the deepest parts of the interior, creating a comfortable environment where pleasant breezes flow through. The interior, featuring a base palette of white and oak, offers a calm and serene atmosphere, while the terracotta tiles laid in the dining and kitchen area make a striking impression.
